This is a great and easy to use program. I just wish it could do batch BLASTs and gene ontology assignments like BLAST2Go that would aid in EST library annotation. Maybe in the next version......

I found the software package very useful and easy to use. I managed to do my analysis in record time, not knowing how to use the programme at first. I hope to use it again in the future, thank you for the great app.

It\'s not worked like I wanted it too. I wrote a program about 6 years ago in VB 6 to load commodore 64 roms into an emulator. I have just found a bug and wanted to fix it. Having moved to a different country 4 years ago I backed up all my programs and code. But it turns out that I backed up all, but my soft-64 code.Your program de-compiled all the forms, but not the code, I would like to see the code and remake this program and fix my bug. I don\'t want to start again.Please help Darren.

The products UI is easy to use and fairly straight forward. However, the results that it provided did not assist me in any way. It only provided me with the assembly behind the dll and not the actual VB code I was looking for.

Downloaded fine and ran with out incident. It did not produce the output I was hoping for, and I could not map its results back to the .exe addresses it provided.

The demo version does not demonstrate the format of possible code (just suggest for using Pro version, it should display some fake code to show the format used by the pro version). I was not convinced that the pro version will display the code in the format that I can read. I deleted the source code which contains last 2 weeks of my work and I have only the executable. So I need to have a tool which could provide me more details so that I can recover my lost code.

no good I tried the free version but it did not do what I wanted - decompile to something I could load into VB6 to try and recover a programme I have lost the source code for. I will not buy the full version unless I can try it first to see if it does what I want.

Unfortunately, as best I can tell, it is PC-only. The only way to run the free demo was to use Bootcamp. We are completely Mac-based and don\'t want to set up Bootcamp on all our client machines. Write a Mac-compatible (native) version and we\'ll try it...

I didn't end up using DNA Baser because the feature I wanted, checking multiple chromatographs in an alignment, is available in Invitrogen's Vector NTI, which I already can access. DNA Baser also corrupted my "Show Desktop" shortcut icon in my computer's toolbar, and even though I've deleted DNA Baser, the Show Desktop icon converts to a DNA Baser icon, which I really don't appreciate.

Best tool EVER! The price is also amazing. The way how this DNA sequence and assembly program automates things is amazing. It can automatically trim low quality ends, insert metadata, remove vectors/primers, suggest corrections for ambiguities and save the contigs to disk in less than 10 seconds.
